General Information

Venue
To ensure that we have the prefect environment for the Yoga 09 Conference, we have moved to a new venue for the Conference whilst keeping close enough for people to visit the Yoga 09 exhibition during the event.

The Yoga 09 Conference will be held in the Sydney Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney. The Yoga 09 Exhibition will be held in Hall 4, Sydney Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

What to Bring
You will experience combinations of lecture, practice and meditation during conference sessions. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and any props that you use to enhance your practice. You may also want to bring a notepad and pen for taking notes. Wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move freely.

Meals
Food and beverages can be purchased at the Yoga 09 Exhibition and a range of vegetarian options will also be available. Food can also be purchased from the Sydney Convention & Exhibition lounge and there are many surrounding cafes and food outlets in Darling Harbour. Alternatively, please bring your own snacks and drinks.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds, cancellations or transfers must be sent in writing to the Yoga 09 Australian Yoga Conference. If notified up to, and including Friday, 3 April 2009, a full refund less $100 administration fee will be given. No refunds will be given after Friday, 3 April 2009. No refund will be given for no-shows. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $25.
