Biography
Duncan Peak, a former elite paratrooper, competitive athlete, and now among Australia’s most popular Yoga teachers, runs the busiest yoga and personal development studio in the country, Power Living Australia. Duncan teaches Power Yoga around the world and leads several teacher trainings, retreats and workshops every year. Duncan’s vision is to teach the basic essence of Yoga but in a way that makes it accessible in today’s world. Duncan’s concept has attracted some of Australia’s best sporting personalities and celebrities as well of thousands of regular people, packing his studio each week.

In this workshop, you'll experience the Power Yoga sequence focussing on correct spinal alignment in your postures to enable and empower you to adapt the practice to suit your unique body. Drawing on his expertise in modern day exercise physiology, the spine and nervous system, Duncan will show you how to access a deeper understanding of your body and centre your practice. Building on this solid foundation, Duncan will encourage you to find the courage to break through any barriers or limiting beliefs you have about yourself and take your practice to new heights of freedom.
