Path
Sunday, 19 April /

Anusara roots itself in Tantric
Philosophy - the belief that life is intrinsically
good. This is a philosophy of inclusion and draws
us gloriously to the center of our being; the
heart. We will briefly examine Yoga philosophy as
it has shifted from Classical Yoga, Advaita Vendanta and
Tantra and discuss the 36 Tattvas that support the
Tantric perspective to embrace the wholeness of
being!
